PRS 2005 Doubleneck Dragon 20th Anniversary, Whale Blue #2/50

A celebration of PRS craftsmanship and design! This 20th Anniversary model was constructed with 863 pieces of shell, stone, metal, and wood to make one of the most exquisite pieces PRS has ever made. This example was keep in excellent condition, with virtually no playwear, it was likely kept in its case since it was purchased right here at Rudy’s Music back in 2005. It comes with the original case and paperwork, a true work of art and piece of PRS history.

• Production Limit: Strictly limited to 75 pieces worldwide
• Body Construction: Solid mahogany back with a carved figured maple top
• Neck Configuration: Dual mahogany necks with a 12-string neck on top and a 6-string wide-fat neck on bottom
• Fretboards: Brazilian rosewood fingerboards with a 25-inch scale length and 22 frets per neck
• Dragon Inlay: Elaborate mosaic on the body using 863 pieces of materials including mother-of-pearl, abalone, gold, coral, and stone, with the artwork extending up both fretboards
• Headstocks: Brazilian rosewood veneers featuring custom dragon tail inlays and "20th" truss rod covers
• Pickups: Custom-voiced 12-string humbuckers for the top neck and Dragon II Treble and Bass humbuckers for the bottom 6-string neck
• Controls: Master volume, master tone, 3-way neck selector switch, and individual 3-way pickup switches for each neck
• Hardware: Dual gold PRS stoptail bridges and PRS locking tuners
• Finish: High-gloss acrylic urethane finish
