The ES-125TC is a thinline, full hollow "archtop" guitar based on the ES-125, produced by Gibson between 1960 and 1970, which to many people is one of the most underappreciated vintage Gibson guitars out there. This single P90'd, Cherry Sunburst beauty is in "player" condition, with most of the parts non-original. This guitar has an Indian Rosewood fretboard, as Gibson started steering away from Brazilian in the mid 60's. These guitars had laminate maple bodies, but are very resonant and vibrant sounding. With a cutaway, they have added playability and a great bluesy vibe.

This particular example from the late 60's is a great example of how a thinline archtop can have a huge sound- the single neck P90 is incredibly warm, and coupled with the great acoustic sound from this guitar, makes for a huge sounding instrument.
Almost everything has been replaced, apart from the original knobs. The bridge, tailpiece, electronics, pickup, tuners, nut and frets are all non-original.

Nevertheless, this guitar is a great way to get into vintage Gibson archtops at a great price! The body and neck are in great condition, minus a few spots of checking here and there, as is common. Serial #845559 comes with an Epiphone harshell case.
