An instant staff favorite, this '60 Country Western has it going on, a perfect player with no funny business about it. All original with no history or cracks or repairs, the original bridge and saddle have optimal height despite never having had a neck set. The neck on this example is nothing short of remarkable, a slimmer neck than the 50's dreadnought necks that preceded this guitar, very comfy with a healthy 1 11/16" nut width and 24 3/4" scale length. The slope shoulder design add a warmth and slightly less boomy sound than the later square shoulder Country Western of the 60's. Serial #R50888, comes with the original case.
