Goodall 2002 CJ Spruce & Macassar Ebony
An excellent Hawaiian-made Goodall Concert Jumbo! This 2002 Goodall CJ plays great and sounds fantastic too. For this instrument, Goodall paired a triple-A Sitka spruce top with a beautiful triple-A Macassar ebony back and sides. This combination of tonewoods is beautiful visually, but we think that it sounds really special as well. The wood binding and abalone detailing complete the look of this stunning guitar.
The Goodall CJ is a great body shape for players looking for a big and bold sound in comfortable-playing package. With a lower bout width coming in at just under 16 inches, this guitar achieves a balanced and rich tone, without compromising the player's comfort. The Sitka top offers up a nice treble response and fast attack, while the Macassar back and sides round out the sound, creating a focused and balanced tone.
Here at the shop, we are loving this beautiful Goodall CJ, come on in and check it out! Purchase includes the original hardshell case.
