The quintessential Gibson acoustic model, the J-45 is a tried and true model with a huge following and the songwriters best friend. Starting in 1956, the J-45 received the new 'adjustable bridge' which allowed users to more easily adjust the action for their preference. Although its often swapped out and gets a bad rep, this guitar sounds great with its original hardware and has a powerful woody sound. This guitar remains in 100% original condition with a 1 11/16" nut width and original frets which are in great condition. Serial #71894, comes with a non original case.
