The Jazzmaster has finally gotten the attention it deserves, with Leo Fender's brilliant design finding a new audience with indie, rock and grunge fans alike. This '65 example is a perfect guitar of the early CBS days, and it plays and sounds amazing with this lovely factory Candy Apple Red finish. Setup great by our in-house techs, it has that Fender chime that is slightly mellowed out by the wide single coil design and Rhythm cicuit. This example has had the A intonation screw replaced and one pickup height adjustment screw replaced. The pickups are dated 4/8/65 and the pot codes are dated the 50th week of 1963 and the 8th week of 1965. Serial #L69464, comes with the original case and trem arm.
