The Univox Coily, one of this Japanese manufacturer's many models invoking other popular designs of the 60's and 70's, is one of those ubiquitous "pawn shop" guitars found at every Mom and Pop shop across the country, with one big difference to this one: this one is in brand new, and I mean BRAND NEW condition.

From approximately 1971/1972, this fully hollow, Bigsby-style trem equipped beauty has made it the 52 or so years to our store without so much as a scratch. With a gorgeous ply body, featuring an incredible flamed maple top with a beautiful sunburst, a 9 piece neck with a rosewood board, and Hofner staple pickups, this guitar is an incredibly playable piece of history that is essentially untouched.

Serial# 0184031 comes with the original chipboard case
