For early CBS years, 1966 seems to be a great way to pick up Fender models that largely resemble and feel like the pre-CBS versions. This '66 Strat is no exception, retaining much of the authentic look and feel of a vintage 60's Strat. It has just the right amount of wear to let you know its a great player but was taken care of. Remaining largely original, this Strat has had the following done over the years: bridge pickup ground wire spliced, ground wires on volume pot resoldered, solder points on switch resoldered, and a spring was added under the string tree. Serial #133492, comes with the original case.
