The Les Paul, probably the most famous guitar of all time, has had many forms over the years, but perhaps none as revered as the legendary Goldtop- seen here in incredible worn in form on this 1991 Les Paul Classic 1960, in an extremely rare all gold color scheme, of which they only made a couple dozen.

This guitar features a solid mahogany body and one piece neck, here felt in a comfortable 60's smaller C shape, with the original finish long removed in favor of some sort of clear varnish, most likely shellac. It's extremely playable and feels genuinely vintage in the hand. The frets are very playable, and are only midly low up at the top end.

The gorgeous gold finish is wearing in with incredible checking and genuine wear, sporting the green oxidation that's made vintage goldtops so sought after. The electronics are original, though the original pickups have been replaced with a set of Seymour Duncan '59s, which give it an incredible vintage tone and great sustain.

The chrome hardware is also replacement, though looks incredible with a genuine sense of wear. The Kluson Deluxes, exclusive to the Classic series (instead of Gibson branded Kluson style tuners), are original, and function great. This guitar genuinely feels like a vintage Les Paul, and is an incredible find. Serial #1 1855 comes with a non-original hardshell case.
