Gibson 1955 J-45
A mid '50s J-45 is a treat to get, they're so reliable and have that iconic mid range power and such a warm tone thanks to the spruce & mahogany pairing. This 1955 example is super clean and has a lovely sound to it, with a tone more reminiscent of a pre-war model than a '60s J-45, not overbuilt or heavy with bracing. The finish is in remarkable condition and is ready to be played and to inspire!
This example has a repaired crack by the pickgaurd, 15th fret inlay replaced, replaced tuner buttons and a replaced bridge. Serial illegible, comes with the original case.
