Here we have a beautifully maintained 1963 Gretsch Chet Atkins Country Gentleman 6122. This guitar has been carefully played throughout it's life and is in great shape, and also comes with the original leather strap. This guitar is almost completely original with the exception of new frets. The guitar has the usual minimal signs of wear of a guitar of it's age, and the finish patina has aged beautifully. The binding is in much better shape compared to other Gretsch's from this era. There was small hole on the fret board on the first fret that has been filled in professionally with glue. This guitar has been thoroughly checked over and fully set up by our in house luthiers and is ready to be your favorite guitar!
