A far more rare and often overlooked model, the ES-225 is special for its hybrid jazz/rock approach, combining the best of both worlds to create a great model and sound. With the Les Paul tailpiece, thinline fully hollow construction and set-in P-90s, this guitar goes from clean to growl pretty quickly.
This example in largely original condition with replaced tuners and a replaced output jack, with the pot codes dated the 49th week of 1956. Cosmetically it is in very good/excellent shape with light checking, a few light scuffs here and there but no major breaks or repairs. Serial #V8277, comes with the original case.
