Another great addition to the Gold Label, the 810e is made with a  spruce top and Honduran rosewood back and sides. The updated neck joint, bracing and electronics make for a modern playing dreadnought that is stage ready.

From Taylor: "The Gold Label 810e combines Taylor’s deeper square-shoulder Dreadnought body with the dynamic pairing of dense Honduran rosewood and torrefied Sitka spruce. Voiced with proprietary fanned V-Class bracing and hot hide glue, it’s an acoustic cannon with sweeping range, ear-pleasing warmth, and rich detail. The lows are girthy yet clear, the trebles sparkle with depth, and the mids resonate with a musicality that expands the guitar’s tonal palette. Taylor’s patented long-tenon Action Control Neck enhances tonal transfer between neck and body, adding warmth, while its adjustable design lets players fine-tune string height on the fly. Fans of traditional Dreadnoughts will appreciate how the Gold Label approach marries classic sounds with modern refinements that make it easier than ever to hit your musical stride.

Appointments balance the workmanlike appeal of a Dreadnought with subtle detailing that showcases Taylor’s craftsmanship. The torrefied spruce top adds a golden-brown visual warmth, accented by a rosette of Honduran rosewood and paua shell framed with ivoroid and black purfling. Grained ivoroid body binding is complemented by Honduran rosewood, ivoroid and black top trim, plus an ivoroid-bound soundhole. Other touches include Continental mother-of-pearl inlays, a dual-layered ivoroid/faux-tortoise pickguard featuring a cutout Continental motif, and Gotoh antique chrome tuners with ebony buttons. Onboard LR Baggs Element VTC electronics with discreet soundhole-mounted tone controls and a Taylor deluxe hardshell case round out the package."
