A more rare model than its sister model the GB10, the George Benson signature from Ibanez is a true professional archtop in every way. Designed after his Johnny Smith guitar, this 17" model comes with a floating mini humbucker similar to the Gibson JS version. The main difference here is the all laminate body, which does cut back on feedback. Still with a spruce top it sounds nice unplugged but of course shines when amplified. It appears to have a replacement Gibson-style pickguard with volume tone stealth thumbwheels attached under the guard. All set to go with no major wear besides light aging of the hardware and light surface playwear to the glass finish. Serial #D795826, comes with the original case.
