This 1959 Martin 000-18 is a great example of the post-war offerings from C.F. Martin & Co., with a classic spruce top / mahogany body that is all about tone! The 1950s are a great transition period for Martin's pre-war bracing and tonewoods, while still offering the same level of care in their craft. This instrument is a great player and perfect for anyone looking for a mainstay 000-model. Features a soft V neck profile and a 1 11/16" nut width.
This guitar has had a neck reset, repaired top crack by the pickguard, and the addition of a strap button. The bridge has been reglued. Serial #166429, comes with a non-original case. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition. As with all of our vintage listings, a vintage spec sheet is included which details all repairs and any changes of note.
