These old Martin Guitars don't pop up very often because most people hang on to them for life, so heres your chance to do the same! A wartime 000-18, this 1942 example features everything that you would want: Andirondak spruce top with scalloped bracing, lightweight mahogany and a modern 1 11/16" nut width and comfy feeling neck. It is an absolute joy to play and unlike any other guitar in our shop right now. Featuring a lovely soft V neck profile, this guitar is quite easy to play thanks to a recent neck set. This example has had a refret, neck reset, replaced saddle and reglued bridge with finish over the bridge. The tuners are original but have repro plastic buttons. A second hole was drilled above the top tuner hole for each tuner. Serial #81309, comes with a non original TKL case.
