Initially released in 2004 as a deluxe model, the PRS Modern Eagle has attained status as a cult classic in the PRS lineup. While more recent versions of the Modern Eagle have each put their own subtle spin on this now-classic model, the original version no. 1 PRS ME guitars are still a favorite among players.
A lovely transparent Yellow Tiger satin-nitro finish highlights this guitars carved flame maple top, and feels amazing to the touch from a player's perspective. Great looks aside, this ultra-thin finish allows this instrument to resonate beautifully. An impressive rosewood neck joins this guitar's gorgeous mahogany body, and the signature PRS dual cutaway body shape grants effortless playability all the way up the dark, rich, Brazilian rosewood fretboard.
This guitar is in excellent condition with minor play wear. Serial #4 91037. Comes with its original hardshell case.
