It can be argued that Fender set the standard for electric guitar amplification and here we have another prime example from 1969. This silverface model received updated looks and circuitry from its marginally more famous predecessor. A new silver faceplate, aluminum piping along the sides of the amp face, and blue accent stripes added to the grill cloth were some of the more notable changes, but it still retains the sonic prestige and dependability Fender has become known for.
It has been recently serviced in 2023, the bias and screen resistors were changed, the "death cap" was removed and a three-prong ground cable was attached. It has retained its original Oxford speaker with internal codes dating to 1969. This Deluxe Reverb is still standing and is ready to take whatever you can plug into it.
