This guitar was built by master luthier Otto D'Ambrosio. With over 30 years of experience building independently, he is now crafting a high-end line of instruments for Eastman Guitars. His work is considered to be some of the finest of the contemporary archtop builders.
This is a special piece, visually stunning with the flamed maple "fiddleback" and lovely "stinger" detail behind the headstock. Ebony fretboard and ebony overlay on the headstock, beautiful one-piece maple neck. The neck is a very low oval profile, almost playing like an electric, but it's extremely comfortable and makes for very fast playing. The scale length is 25.5" and the nut is a wide, yet comfortable 1 3/4".
This guitar in essentially new shape, with no noticeable marks or scratches.
This guitar can be seen featured on D'Ambrosio's website.
Comes with its original hardshell case.
