In 1958 to commemorate their 75th anniversary, Gretsch released 2 models that have come to be known as the Single Anniversary (1 pickup) and Double Anniversary (2 pickup). This Single Anniv. model is in excellent, all-original condition, showing minimal wear around the body and neck. There is some wear on the first few frets, as well as some wear on the binding by the heel, but structurally this guitar is solid and the playability is excellent. The action on this guitar is nice and low and offers a well balanced tone that is only made better when you play through the Hi-Lo Tron pickup which sounds fantastic.
