By far the cleanest '61 ES-335 we have ever seen, this guitar could easily be mistaken for a Custom Shop VOS model, it is that clean. We don't often describe guitars as a guitar closet find, but this one could be called that. Even for lacquer checking, these is little to find on this one. The original PAF's are as expected, making this one of the best sounding guitars ever to come through. One of the coolest specs of this particular guitar is the factory stinger on the back, which was then sprayed over in black. It is visible under bright light and has been blacklighted and determined to be factory original. You will probably never see another '61 example as untouched as this one, don't miss out.

This example is largely original, with replaced tuners but the originals are in the case. The G intonation screw is replaced as well as the tailpiece. Serial #40317, comes with the original case. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition of this instrument.
