Fender 1954 Stratocaster, Sunburst

Getting a first year Stratocaster is really something, they do play and feel different than anything else. Oftentimes these Strat's have had some work done, and this one is no exception. But the most important parts are still there, and that's what counts. The original neck, body and pickups are present, and give this '54 Strat that iconic sound. It has the Tadeo Gomez neck date, and the original pickups read a bit underwound, giving it a clarity that goes perfectly with this guitar.

This example has a lovely neck carve to it, measuring .865"/1st and .954"/9th. Serial #0773, comes with a reissue tweed case. Weighs 7.9lbs. As with all of our vintage listings, included is a vintage spec sheet which details any repairs & changes of note.
