What a cool, quirky model! The P Bass Lyte models were designed and created by Fender Japan in the late '80s as a blend of modern/older specs. A sleeker body is matched with gold hardware, P/J pickups and four knobs (volume, bass, treble, pickup pan). This one has a few nicks and dings, shown in the photos. The knobs may be replaced. Serial #S017034, comes with a non original road runner gig bag.
