This is a 1965 vintage Gibson B-45-12-N. The B series was a Gibson acoustic series that they made from 1961 to 1979. The B-45 was the first B series produced over all. The first ones were made with slope shoulders and a sunburst finish until 1962 when they introduced them with square shoulders and the natural finish seen here.
