
There were few amps available in the 1940's, most of which were meant to be paired with the more popular instrument at the time: the lap steel. This later example (tall model) Gibson BR-6 from 1947 is no exception- this incredible amp plays well with any instrument, from Les Paul to Tele, to the intended lap steel. This amp is around 15 watts, and comes complete with original tubes!
The tolex is understandably a little marred up, but nothing beyond belief for an amp that is almost 80 years old.
