Martin JSO! Pete Seeger 60th Anniversary Custom Edition – #57 of 120 (6-string)
Signed by Pete Seeger & C.F. Martin IV — A Rare, Mint Condition Collectible

This is number 57 of only 120 limited edition guitars built by Martin to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Sing Out! magazine. A unique collaboration between folk legend Pete Seeger and Chris Martin, this model features a triangular soundhole, Seeger’s signature and hand-drawn banjo inlaid in mother of pearl on the headstock, and a label hand-signed by both Seeger and Martin IV.

Originally strung and voiced as a baritone guitar, it can easily be restrung and tuned to standard pitch using medium gauge strings. It has a beautifully open, resonant sound—deep, dynamic, and ideal for folk, Americana, and roots-inspired music.

Constructed from all-solid premium tonewoods, including Sitka spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, this Grand Jumbo body instrument delivers rich low-end and shimmering overtones. The guitar is in mint, collector-grade condition and comes with its original Geib-style hardshell case, untouched warranty papers, protective film still on the pickguard, and unused ebony end pin.

This is a museum-quality Martin, ready to be played, preserved, or both. A must for fans of Pete Seeger, Martin history, and rare limited-run instruments.
