In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
All items are inspected prior to shipping. If you believe you have received a product that was damaged in transit, please save the shipping carton and contact us immediately.
If you change your mind about keeping an instrument, you must notify us within 48 hours by phone or email and we’ll give you a return authorization number. The instrument must be returned in the case in which it was shipped, insured for its full value, within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund after we inspect the instrument and find it to be in the same condition as when we shipped it. Guitars, basses and other instruments returned to us with pick marks, buckle rash, or evidence of use will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been abused or misused. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.). Amps, software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, ear plugs, pitch pipes, harmonicas, talk boxes etc.), special orders, discontinued or closeout products and amplifiers are not returnable.
